An exceptional NHS information systems consultant, Paul has an impressive track record spanning 19 years working in healthcare technology. A deep understanding of the Health IT market has been developed through a combined experience of 8 years in the NHS and 11 years in the private sector working for industry-leading organizations.
Paul has held senior supplier roles within the National Program for IT including GP strategy development; PACS program management and bid management. Paul specializes in strategy, procurement, business case development, program assurance and delivery within healthcare and his most recent experience has been managing multiple EPR & EDM procurements.
