Following a March 2017 merger between The HCI Group and Tech Mahindra, Caplin became one of the top global executives at Tech Mahindra, a global technology company with 117,000+ employees. Sriram has over 26 years of industry experience, and 16 of those years were spent at a senior management level. He is diversified in several key financial and non-finance areas. Sriram handles many key contributions with efficient financial plans and cost management enabled organization. He has worked with Motorola, Larsen and Toubro, and Cap Gemini in key performance metrics, contract negotiations, and monthly metrics before joining Tech Mahindra. Prior to joining HCI, Sriram served as the CFO for Mahindra Comviva for over seven years. Sriram held a business presence in over 90+ countries with local/outcome based billing in to 2,000 associates in 30+ countries.

Vipin is a member of the leadership team at the HCI Group. He is based in the NY metro and leads the Global Business Development Teams. He has over 28 years of industry experience across multiple industry verticals and has spent the last 20 years in P&L Leadership roles in the NY area. His experience covers Business Development, Process Improvement, Operations and Finance. He is an also an expert in dealing with global multicultural teams, and personally lived in many parts of the world including the US, Europe, Middle East, Australia and India. Vipin is also a NJ certified EMT and a Trustee with the New Providence Rescue Squad, where he volunteers to saves lives!

As a leader with over 10 years of managerial and operational experience across various industries, Kyle has dedicated his career to the growth and development of employee success ultimately leading to organizational growth. Most recently, Kyle created, implemented, and strategized the operational strategy for one of the largest grocery retailers in the Southeastern United States. During that time he was able to hire, train, and develop thousands of associates while keeping the culture alive each and every day. His experience focuses on business strategy, analytics, financial forecasting, profitability, cultural transformation and succession planning.
