Service Desk & RN Rapid Response Team

HCI deployed a RN rapid response teams and activated a COVID-19 patient triage help desk group with our clients. We also supplemented our clients’ COVID-19 Triage Help Desks, backfill schedulers and supply staff with Front Door Nurse Triage and Testing.
