He has 25 years of business management experience, and over 10 years within primary and secondary care organisations. Having worked with doctors and front-line staff day-to-day in hospitals, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of healthcare professionals and their patients. 

With a strong partnership approach he builds positive long-term client relationships through consultative and continuous client engagement.

Gemma Griffiths is the Operations Manager for The HCI Group UK&I. Gemma began her HCI Group journey in 2012 whilst studying full time at Swansea Metropolitan University. With prior career experience within team leadership and audit compliance in commercial operations, Gemma returned to The HCI Group in 2016. 

Gemma has worked every level of the organisation’s operations, with a focus on compliance and data protection for a number of years. Gemma has played a prominent role in The HCI Group’s current operational structure and served as Contract Manager prior to her appointment as Operations Manager, in addition to being the organisations current Data Protection Officer.

Resourcing and Account Management | UK/I & Europe  | The HCI Group

Martin possesses over 11 years’ experience in the healthcare informatics arena. Martin joined the HCI Group back in 2011. Today, he is responsible for resourcing and account management across the UK and Europe.

Martin leads all recruitment initiatives and manages key multi-million pound accounts. In addition to this, Martin contributes to strategic, financial and operations activities for the HCI Group.  

Throughout his tenure at The HCI Group, Martin has played a significant role in their growth across Europe, today The HCI Group is a multi-million pound organisation and one of the most reputable organisations in the health informatics space.
